- The person answering the phone must speak clearly and cheerfully
New Prospect Looking to speak to Sales - (Follow process outlined)
- Existing Client looking for support:
- Transfer to Extension 825 (Support) - Existing Client Looking to speak to Sales:
- If Alex or Peter is available via Teams
- Ping on Teams
- If not available (Create Sales Ticket) - Vendor looking to speak to someone:
- If Alex or Peter is available via Teams
- Ping on Teams
- If not available
- Transfer to Voicemail.
Use Teams to see if Peter/Alex or Sales person is available to pick up that call.
If no one is available to pick up the call, follow the process.
A prospect calls in and says something like “Hi, I’m calling to talk to someone about <<blank>>.”
The Response Is ALWAYS: “Excellent, I can help you with that!”
- First, may I get your name and the company you’re calling from? Is that here in <<City>>?
- Great, thanks, <<Name>>. Are you the owner?
- May I get a good call back number in case we get disconnected when I transfer your call?
- Thank you!
- And finally, how did you hear about us?

- Send info collected in Teams to sales rep
