Change Password – Account password will be changed. New password will be provided to requestor. The requestor can log into the account with new password. IMPORTANT: Accounts that are left enabled for former employees can cause a security risk if left in the system for extended period of time.
Disable Account - User will not be able to login to this account while the account is disabled. Account will still exist and can be re-enabled at later date.
Delete Account - Account will be removed from the system. Any data in the account will be removed. If employee returns, new account will need to be created.

Change Email Password – We will change the password for the email. Requestor will be provided with new password and can login to the email. IMPORTANT: Accounts that are left enabled for former employees can cause a security risk. Company will continue to pay for email license that can be potentially re-used.
Block Login – Account password will change and the account will be set to block login attempts. User will not be able to login. The account will continue to receive email. If user returns, account access can be restored. IMPORTANT: Charges for the email account will still take place as the account is active. Accounts that are left enabled for former employees can cause a security risk.
Convert to Shared Mailbox (Office365) – The mailbox is converted to a shared mailbox. Other employees can be given access to view emails in this mailbox. After conversion license is removed and can be reused for another employee.
Delete Email Account – The email account will be deleted and all Email / OneDrive data will be deleted. IMPORTANT: Once account is deleted, there is a short grace period when a restore is possible. The amount of time may vary and after this expires all data in the account is purged.
