Referrals are a way to spread the love of ECS with friends, family and other businesses. The best part? Everyone gets rewarded! As a referrer, you will receive a cash payout. Your referee will receive their 1st month of service for free on their IT services if they sign a 36-month contract.
After your referee goes through the signup flow and becomes an ECS paying client, you'll receive an email with the next steps to receive a referral payment via direct deposit.
You'll receive your first cash payout within 90 days after your referral has booked and sat on an in-person or virtual meeting with ECS and meets the minimum workstation eligibility criteria. You'll receive the additional cash payout once your referral has signed a contract and paid their first and second invoice to ECS. Please note that if your referral gets their 1st month of service free, ECS will not pay the referral reward until they have paid their first and second invoice (i.e. payment is made on the fourth month of the new company using ECS's IT services). If the referral meets our minimum term and minimum monthly recurring revenue criteria, you'll get the additional $1000 after their 6th month of service with ECS.
To be eligible for the reward, your referral needs to have paid their 1st invoice.
The referred account must be on a 36-month IT services plan:
- Any Managed IT Services package
- Must have minimum of 15 devices (workstations)
The promotion does not apply if:
- They sign up for a one-time project.
- The company cancels or pulls out of their ECS contract before the referral bonus is issued.
- The company has less than 15 employees.
You are eligible for a reward once the referral meets the eligibility requirements.
Rewards are distributed via direct deposit within 90-120 days after the referee meets the eligibility requirements and you have provided all of the necessary documents needed for the direct deposit and payment documentation.
