  2. The person answering the phone must speak clearly and cheerfully

The response is ALWAYS: "Excellent, I can help you with that!"

New Prospect Looking to speak to Sales - (Follow process outlined)

For any other callers - 

  • Existing Client looking for support:
    - Transfer to Extension 825 (Support)
  • Existing Client Looking to speak to Sales:
    - If Alex or Peter is available via Teams
    - Ping on Teams
    - If not available (Create Sales Ticket)
  • Vendor looking to speak to someone:
    - If Alex or Peter is available via Teams
    - Ping on Teams
    - If not available
    - Transfer to Voicemail.
    (To transfer to Voicemail Dial *4+EXT - Example - *4105)
