Your most important email messages\u00a0are on the Focused tab while the rest remain easily accessible\u2014but out of the way\u2014on the Other tab.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook for Windows<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In Outlook for Windows, Focused Inbox is\u00a0available only forMicrosoft 365, Exchange, and Outlook.com accounts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Turn Focused Inbox on<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol type=\"1\">\r\n<li>In Outlook, select the\u00a0<strong>View<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\r\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Show Focused Inbox<\/strong>.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.content.office.net\/en-us\/media\/87800bda-e922-4a86-82f3-188bef6869ef.png\" alt=\"Show Focused Inbox\" \/>The Focused and Other tabs will appear at the top of your mailbox. Select\u00a0<strong>Always Move to Other<\/strong>\u00a0if you want all future messages from the sender to be delivered to the\u00a0<strong>Other<\/strong>\u00a0tab.If you&#8217;re moving from Other to Focused, select\u00a0<strong>Move to Focused<\/strong>\u00a0if you want only the selected message moved.
