As CEO and System Architect of Expert Computer Solutions (ECS), I've built my expertise from the ground up, working through every organizational role. My hands-on leadership has guided over 179 successful IT audits and crisis response initiatives, including rebuilding a 300-employee organization's IT infrastructure in just two weeks. I specialize in Due Diligence Assessments and IT Audits, developing strategic technology roadmaps that position our clients for sustainable growth. This unique combination of hands-on experience and strategic vision allows me to ensure ECS delivers exceptional value in IT consulting and infrastructure solutions.

IT STARTED WITH FRUSTRATION

Before my brother Alex and I started ECS, we would watch IT providers come to our workplaces and turn simple fixes into complicated processes, often leaving us to clean up the messes these “IT professionals” left behind.

The solutions felt temporary, making us wonder if these IT companies truly cared about their clients’ success or simply wanted to create dependence on their services. We knew there had to be better options—people that truly resolved issues rather than just slapping on band-aids for quick fixes.

CREATING A BETTER IT EXPERIENCE

From a young age, Alex and I shared a passion for technology that translated into our professional lives. Colleagues began turning to me for help with personal tech issues, and soon they were asking for support in their businesses, even needing to replace existing IT staff. They valued not just my technical skills but also the genuine care I put into every solution.

This inspired us to launch our own IT company, committed to doing things differently. Admittedly, we didn’t know much about running a business. I felt like an imposter when our first client walked into our 'office'—the living room of our small townhome. Yet, their trust made it clear: it wasn’t about fancy offices or flashy promises; it was about adhering to our values and delivering real results.

BUILDING ECS ON THE VALUES THAT SHAPED US

Growing up in Ukraine taught Alex and I how to get through tough times, push forward, and solve problems no matter what. Our parents always said, “If you’re going to do something, do it right.” That’s the mindset we brought with us when we launched ECS in 2005.

Just as we lean on each other as brothers, we want our clients to feel that same reliability with ECS. I remember a client who got hacked, feeling like everything they’d built was crumbling. We didn’t just fix the issue and walk away; we stood by their side, restored their systems, and ensured it wouldn’t happen again.

For us, it’s never just about fixing servers or getting networks back up. It’s about understanding our clients’ businesses and being there when they need us most—calming the storm and providing peace of mind.
